Reviewing emails
Find the emails the assistant has seen and check what it would have done.
The email assistant is in its observing stage. It reads copies of new emails in Customer Service AU, Quality, Customer Service NZ and Sales and Quotes, and records what it would do. It does not move, tag, forward or reply to anything.
The Emails page lists every email it has seen, newest first.
Finding emails
- Search by words in the subject, or by the sender's address.
- Filter by inbox, category, date received, or what the assistant would do.
- "Your review" shows emails not reviewed yet, or the ones marked correct or incorrect.
- "Confidence at most" shows the emails the assistant was least sure about. For example, enter 85 to see everything at 85% or below.
- Select "Clear" to remove all filters.
What the columns mean
- Category: the type of email the assistant decided it was.
- Confidence: how sure it was. Below the level set for the inbox, it would leave the email for a person.
- Would: "Would act" means it would have tagged or routed the email itself. "Sent to a person" means it would have left it for someone to deal with.
- Review: whether someone has reviewed it yet.
Opening an email
Select an email to see a short summary of it, the category and confidence, who it would have been tagged to, any forwarding or alerts, and why it decided that. The summary has personal details removed, and the email itself is not stored here.
